CTI specializes in law firms, financial services firms (RIAs, wealth management, and private equity), manufacturers, construction companies, and healthcare practices. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every healthcare client, support legal software such as Clio, NetDocuments, and iManage, and support construction tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage 300 CRE. Our MacHero team provides Apple support for Mac and mixed Mac and Windows offices. CTI is a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner and a Cisco partner, is listed in the Illinois State Bar Association directory of IT providers, and was named the August 2026 Business of the Month by Home State Bank and Star 105.5. Kaseya, the parent company of Datto, featured CTI in a published case study, and 98.5% of our clients stay with us.

From Elgin and Chicago, we support firms with 20 to 250 employees across Chicago and the suburbs. In 2022 we acquired MacHero to add dedicated Apple expertise.
