We are SOC 2 Type II audited, which few MSPs can say, and we have completed seven consecutive annual audits. We work with small and mid-sized businesses, especially wealth management firms, accounting firms and law firms that handle sensitive client data and need to meet compliance requirements like SEC Reg S-P and the FTC Safeguards Rule.

Fixed Fee IT was started because too many technical services companies lacked accountability, respect and excellence. We built this company on treating clients and employees with respect, and we expect to be judged not only on what we do, but on how and why we do it.
