I am the COO of TrustGuru

TrustGuru is a Lithuanian cybersecurity compliance company. We help organizations meet NIS2 (TIS2), DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001 and EU AI Act requirements in practice - through CISO-as-a-Service, compliance consulting, and our own compliance portal that lets clients manage policies, risk assessments and evidence in one place. Our clients are public and private sector organizations in regulated sectors such as healthcare, research, manufactories, utilities, IT services and others. I am the Operations and Business Manager, responsible for service delivery, client relationships, business development, and vendor selection.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Adroiti Technologies to accomplish?

• Build our cybersecurity compliance platform from scratch into a working SaaS product - covering NIS2/TIS2, DORA, and GDPR.
• Do it with a small, senior embedded team rather than us hiring and managing a full in-house engineering function.
• The goal was to find a partner, not a contractor. We wanted someone who would advise us on what to do next, not just do what we asked - and who would push us to be first in our market rather than follow it.

Adroiti provided a small, dedicated development team - one to two senior developers - who built the TrustGuru platform from the ground up and have continued to scale and improve it. Scope covered the core platform: risk management, documentation, automated compliance procedures, task management, roles, data protection, and annual reporting - all connected in a single system so clients don't have to chase information across Excel files. The engagement was fully embedded: the developers worked directly in our planning and priorities rather than as an arm's-length vendor. 

Adroiti took us from concept to a live product now trusted by [40+] organizations across healthcare, public administration, utilities, and finance - including. Project management & communication: Responsive and reliable. Even with a one-to-two-person team, delivery was consistent, deadlines were met, and communication was clear and proactive throughout. Most impressive: The output-to-team-size ratio. A very small, senior team delivered a full compliance platform and kept iterating on it - it never felt understaffed. They understood the product, not just the tickets. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went from no product to a live compliance platform now used by [40+] organizations across healthcare, public administration, utilities, finance and other. Concretely: 
- Launched the first working version in 1-2months with a team of just one to two developers. 
-Onboarded 20 paying clients onto the platform, 
- Cut the time our clients spend on compliance work from 5-15 weeks to about 1-4 weeks, with all documents, risk assessments, and procedures connected in one place. Shipped new compliance modules (NIS2/TIS2, DORA, GDPR) on a steady release cadence. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Delivery was consistent and on schedule. They kept a clear rhythm of progress updates and showed us working results instead of just reporting on them, which made it easy to give feedback early. They were also very easy to reach - we never had to wait for a scheduled meeting to raise something. If a decision was needed on our side, they flagged it right away with the context we needed to make it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They didn't wait to be asked. They regularly came to us with ideas for updates and new features based on what was actually happening in the industry and in regulation, often before we had it on our own roadmap. They took the time to properly understand our business rather than just our specification, and they were consistently a few steps ahead of us - both in thinking and in how fast they turned an idea into something working.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Adroiti Technologies could have done differently?

There is always room for improvement in any collaboration, but nothing specific comes to mind here. Communication, timelines and quality of work were all where we needed them to be, and we have no complaints about how the project was handled.
