I was impressed by how slick they worked together, and streamline the team process with Shovan as lead creative understanding my needs relaying technically to the team and facilitating a clear line of communication for them to feed back to me when reality does not align with design needs. In this way it meant we could always arrive at a design decision that worked for us all and the technical requirements. There were a few moments when we were finding our creative rhythm that decisions were not cleared by me because the programme could not facilitate what I had in mind. Once they explained this we were then able to work around this and arrive at an acceptable place.
