I’m the director of Adana Graphic Supplies Ltd, a stationary business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Signature Image Consultants?

We needed someone to develop our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially hired them to build our website. Now, we use them for all of our online marketing needs such as SEO.

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with Steve (Agency Director & Marketing Consultant).

How did you come to work with Signature Image Consultants?

They were advised by a friend as a good firm to use.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent under $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2019, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's amazing how much we've accomplished in one year of working with them. We've managed to win "Best Digital Printer 2020" in our town thanks to Signature Image Consultants' hard word, and we're now the number one ranked Google search for printing services in our area.

Not only do we have an online presence, but our website is also easy to use. It's a new tool for us, acting as an additional income source. A few customers have even asked me who did our site so that they could build their own. 

This is a whole new journey and chapter for our business.

How did Signature Image Consultants perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re very happy with their input, quality of work, and work ethic. Communication is always at a high level. Steve uses Basecamp to manage the project, but he also calls and emails me exactly what he's working on.

That transparency prevents hidden charges or other agendas. Steve explains everything is simple terms, which made the process much easier for me, and I never have to chase him down for an update. If anything, he's the one reaching out to me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I like about working with them is they have a particular person assigned to a task, and that person takes the full initiative. Any time I need any help, I only have to deal with that person. Their service and communication are professional, and they deliver what they promise.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I wish them all success in the future.
