It was very streamlined and easy. Protocloud took over the project and reported to our management, weekly.

Our goal was to create a sleek and easy to use website for not so tech savvy users to upload their products to sell on this website.

How did you select this vendor?

We first worked together two years ago. They had seeked me out and I gave them smaller projects at first as I wanted to build trust with them to see if they would be able to handle bigger projects like this one which they have.

The first step was to convey the message across to Protocloud. From there they created mockups which were handed off to the client for approval. Once all changes were made the website was developed on a dev site for all to see what needed to be changed. After a few small changes in the development stage, the website was officially launched.

What was the team composition?

I only have ever dealt with the main account manager with Protocloud. I understand they have a large team but I like only being in contact with one person as it makes things much easier.

At this stage the website has only been launched and the clients first Google Ads campaign is launched so we can't share much more than that.

Everything was smooth. There was a small gap in service and communication but that was discussed and improved to make all parties happy with the progress.

Their quality of work and adherence to guidelines. They do what they say and don't over promise and under deliver like so many web design and development companies.

In some instances the client feedback on changes wasn't followed close enough but with some communication it was always sorted out.
