Signifly created a new Shopify website for us with all the necessary integrations we needed to automate our processes. They created a new brand entity, using what we already had but giving it new life. They then helped market our business digitally via Meta and email campaigns and flows.

Everyone was so nice (and pretty fun to chat to if I’m allowed to say that). They always kept it professional but in such a friendly way so it was such a joy to work with them. This is very rare. Good company structure too!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Signifly could have done differently?

Some attention to detail was missed, a few more double checks over the copy or the layout would have been great but there was nothing importance. That would have made it a 6 star project!

Dately is the perfect date night in a box. It is an authentic and accessible brand (subscription based) that helps busy couples prioritize their relationship by providing everything they need for a perfect date night at home. From cocktails to dinner, activities, surprises, playlists and important conversations, each box is a complete surprise. I'm the founder and CEO.

We had launched an MVP and needed help from Signifly to build our brand, define our digital strategy, design and develop our e-commerce and set up and drive effective ads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for an agency partner with a great understanding of defining, building, launching and growing a brand. A partner with a holistic approach and who understand the value of fast execution. It was essential for us that most skills were in-house and that we could collaborate closely with everyone on the project team.

The project started with a workshop where we gave Signifly a deep understanding of Dately, our journey, and our ambitions. Signifly did some desktop research and looked at our data before presenting an overall road map of projects. Then we did another workshop where Signifly presented some relevant brand positions for us to take in the market. Based on the brand strategy Signifly did out visual and rhetorical identity. Everything was sprint based with quick deliveries - and high quality!

Based on the strategy and ID, Signifly did our webshop, including building our subscription setup and e-mail flows. In collaboration with Signifly's growth team, we defined an online marketing strategy and execution plan. Some ad content was produced by us (after guidance), and some by Signifly. We still have weekly check-ins with the growth team, who presents sales and website/SoMe- data, as well as recommendations for changes and A/B tests, which we are running in a structured way. We also have monthly strategy sessions for sparring on Dately's next strategic steps.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In only a few moths, Signifly managed to build our brand and e-commerce platform and set up a growth "engine". We grow our revenue 15-35% every month!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our team worked closely with the Signifly team by physically working from Signifly's office and communicating on a dedicated Slack channel. Signifly managed to create a collaborative and motivating environment where we were all on the same team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How deeply they invest in the project/client, and how closely they collaborate with our team. I'm also super impressed by the quality of everything Signifly delivers. They provide high value for money by focusing on execution and shortening the time-to-market. I love their startup approach and deep commercial understanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After working with Signifly, there is honestly nothing that comes to mind.

I’m the marketing, e-commerce, branding & growth director for Forum Outdoor Living. We’re a family-run B2B business that sells outdoor furniture, shelters, and gazebos.

We needed to create a new brand identity and website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Signifly designed and developed a website for us from scratch. The website features a sign-up option for our catalogs, which we use to get leads from prospective customers. They were also tasked with maintaining and hosting the site.

For the branding work, Signifly created a new brand identity and brand guide for us. They did three focus group meetings, after which they presented three options for branding.

We worked with 8–10 people from Signifl, including John (Head of Strategic Accounts), Emma (Innovation Lead), Alex (Strategic Account Manager), Sasha (Digital Designer), Hugo (Frontend Developer), Gabby (Creative Strategist), and Antoni (Technical Team Lead).

I found Signifly through Clutch. I reached out to them regarding this project, and they came to my office for a meeting.

We invested about $100,000 CAD (Approximately $77,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2022–May 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Signifly listened to our needs and delivered everything on time. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable throughout and that our project was completed the right way. They were efficient, professional, and hardworking.

How did Signifly perform from a project management standpoint?

Signifly performed well in terms of project management. We used Google Drive and Figma for the designs, and we typically communicated through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Signifly did a lot of things well, but their communication was their best asset. They were thorough and transparent, and they delivered on their promises. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m in love with Signifly’s team. What they charged was representative of what they did. They expected the same from us as we expected from them, and I find that very important in business. I had such a great experience that I don’t have anything bad to say.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a chance. They’re a bit pricier than the competition, but their work is unmatched. They really work with your budget.

I’m the product marketing manager at a commercial lighting manufacturer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Signifly?

We recently acquired a competitor of ours, and that forced us to rebrand all of our product lines. We were given the task of developing four new brands in my division on a very tight timeline.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had two discovery phases: one for my main product line and one for other three product lines together. Each phase was efficient; Signifly’s team was attentive and then went away and created the first iteration for us to review. After that, there were 2º3 feedback sessions, and we reached the final evolution very quickly.

The deliverables were four brand books, logos, personas, and sets of imagery, including templates, documents, and PowerPoint decks. They created all the brand guidelines from scratch.

We worked with six people, though not all resources were full-time throughout the project.

How did you come to work with Signifly?

They came to our attention through a Google search I did for a flexible, local agency. This flexibility was needed after our experience with our previous vendor.

The total will end up around $70,000 CAD (approximately $54,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since November 2021. The work is 95% complete at the moment.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

As this was just a rebranding project, I don’t have any success KPIs other than being done on time, adhering to our budget, and us being satisfied with the work. It’s a “yes” to all three. Their team was quick and efficient and integrated quickly with our people. Additionally, they were open to our feedback and actively listened to us. They didn’t act like they knew what was best for us. It’s been a very collaborative engagement, and they’re easy to work with.

How did Signifly perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicated over Zoom and email. Zoom sufficed for longer discussions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their collaborative attitude is their biggest strength. Their youth and rapid growth set them apart from a business perspective. Moreover, they have a great price-to-quality relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Early on in the project, the project manager assigned to us switched about 2–3 times, but that might have been our fault, as it took us a bit to get the project running smoothly.

We developed a new, large scale partnership and the partner wanted their digital wellness platform to have a distinct look and feel. Our development team had limited design bandwidth, so we hired Signifly to help design the UX/UI.

We look for vendors who specialized in the UX/UI space. We reviewed 3 proposals and concluded that the work Signifly had done in the past was most representative of how we wanted to approach this project.

After a our kickoff meeting we had a number of discussions to provide Signifly with additional information on what our partner was looking for from a UX/UI standpoint. Signifly created a few different designs based on our preliminary discussions and provided clear detail around the pros/cons of each design. As we narrowed the focus down to the preferred look and feel, Signifly refined the designs to optimized the user experience. The entire process was very collaborative with open, two-way communication throughout.

Our developers were able to implement the design easily and the look and feel of the work completed by Signifly were well received.

Seamless. Easy communication throughout the project allowed us to progress towards our goals quickly. The team at Signifly was very responsive and easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Smooth communication allowed the team to progress toward their goals quickly. They were also diligent in learning the way our platform worked to ensure they were providing UX/UI recommendations that worked within our platform.

A good friend referred Signifly to me. Signifly built a custom website for him as-well han he was very pleased with the Cooperation.

I had a requirement specifikation which was a starting point. From this we had a kick-off meeting, and had our expectations aligned. From this point, we had a weekly meeting where we discussed the progress that had been made. Further more we discussed potentiel challenges, and alternatives to overcome them.

A project manager, a developer and a frontend developer designer were my primary point of contacts.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All of the "sprints" got delivered on time. We increased our AOV with 20kr in average, and we kept our high conversion rate on 4.5% in average, which is impressive in itself, since we made a complete re-design of the entire webshop!

We used Slack for daily communication. Once a week we had a Google Meeting where we discussed the progress, and which tasks were to be solved in the coming week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Highly professionel team, with a very efficient AND productive way to work with the project. I was impressed by how they could solve every challenge, and never being met by "that is not possible" mentality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No I could NOT be more pleased in regards to how well Signifly has handled this project. Everything has been running smoothly, all promises have been kept, and they have without a doubt won over my trust. We will keep being a happy customer at Signifly

Searched and shortlisted online digital company agencies in our area. After some exchange, this company was chosen based on their clients and cost estimate.

Initial Meeting to disuss the concept and vision. Based on their reseache, they came up wwith a comprehensive Kick-Off Workshop for a beter understanding of the goals and targets. Check-in meetings for effective communication and coordination. Presented recommandations with a clear strategy of developpement.

Great first contact with the Head of Strategic Account. Also had access to an Innovation Lead, a Digital Researcher & Strategist and Creative Graphic Designer.

The final presentation handover came with an editable project description with all the used ressources, i.e fonts, etc. Most importantly , a usable document with a stragy that brings the project to the next stage.

3 in-person meetings, including a presentation to go over their recommended digital strategy. Beyond that, we commnicated over email and phone. If there was going to be a delay, they let us know ahead of time.

The europpen heritage of the agency; The development approach and the frankness of their advice; The flexibility and personalization of the service which allowed a realistic budget. Most of all, the level of commitment of the human beings who make up this team: attentive and passionate, involvemed and supportive.

Signifly has definitely the experience to build such web app. I met 2 times the general manager and I decided to work with them. They haven't hesitated to bring talents from Australia to work on my project.

From an educational standpoint, our company has a much better understanding of how the digital landscape works, which is really critical. Secondly, we’ve learned what the best strategies that our customers react to are. We’ve attempted multiple different types of ads and other campaigns, and measured the success of each one. Translating those insights has really helped develop our brand awareness.

MY01 Inc, is a medical device company specialized in the design, development, and manufacturing of next generation microsensors. 2020 was a big year for MY01, we commercialized our first medical device. The website until that point was working well. Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website traffic increased and the SEO was successful. Overall the feedback is qualitative, and the work was greatly satisfactory. Would recommend them to other companies that are looking to take their website to the next level.

Signifly presented a timeline with different phases including the development and implementation phases. They included the timeline and deliverables in the original contract agreement and were timely in their delivery of all the milestones agreed upon. Communication was also flawless, great communication skills, prompt responses and willingness to accommodate us.

1. Holistic approach to web design: integrating both marketing strategies, and web dev expertise. Throughout the process they kept the end goal of our website in mind, driving traffic, creating loops within the website to enhance internal traffic and ensure we captured the most amount of leads.
