What challenge were you trying to address with Verdant Spark Ltd?

We had a website on a different platform for a number of years. Since we serve wholesaler buyers and end-users.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team built two separate websites for wholesalers and customers. Both of them were built with Shopify. However, both sites work in tandem. That system could be integrated with email and also was designed to increase sales.

We worked with two developers.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They made a website for her, and I wanted to find the right person for the job.

We spent around $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

From the retail site, they are increasing sales and traffic. We’ve had positive feedback from stakeholders. They are still building the second website, so we don’t have details on that. They’ve done particularly well in paying attention to our customers by building an easily navigable website.

How did Verdant Spark Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication is excellent. It’s speedy and very clear. Their work output is extraordinary and their value for money has exceeded expectations. They offer ongoing support for both sites.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Although they’re a smaller company, they have the perfect combination of technical skills and aims. Their team has just made things work.

No, I think they’re doing a fantastic job.
