I'm the assistant general secretary for The Showmen’s Guild of Great Britain. We’re a traveling fairground organization.

We needed help to develop an app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Crowers Digital has developed our mobile app for iOS and Android. Currently, they take care of the app’s maintenance for us. If any bugs come up, we contact the team, and they take care of the issue.

How did you come to work with Crowers Digital?

We found them because one of our members knew about them.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent around £15,000 (approximately $17,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership started around January 2020, and it’s still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app is only for our members, who have been quite happy with it and the information they receive through it. 

How did Crowers Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been able to meet our deadlines. We usually communicate through email, where they’ve been quite responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Crowers Digital’s responsiveness is impressive. They get back to us almost instantly when we email them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re quite happy with what we’re receiving from them.
