We wanted a complete site rebuild on Shopify 2.0 to imporive the performance of the site. We also completely redesigned the site and added a lot more content and functionality.

Richard went above and beyond ensuring all work was completed. He worked exceptionally hard given the short timeframe we had to complete the build. He worked really well with all of the team, we had hired a group of freelancers to work on the build a Project manager, a UX Designer and an SEO agency. Richard worked with all of these people and our internal team meeting all of the deadlines and audits so the project ran smoothly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It makes such a difference getting to work directly with a Developer. It saves so much time as he can explain what is possible and come up with solutions when there are issues. I'd never go back to working with a large agency after working with Graftstudio Ltd. 
He has also maintained our site on retaner the last 2 years and is always available to fix things and is so obliging. His communication is excellent. As a small company we used to have to wait to get work completed with bigger agency whereas with Richard we feel like a priority.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Graftstudio Ltd could have done differently?

No there arent. I find Richard to be really good value for money and the retainer with him is well worth it to maintain the site and keep updating it.
