Please describe your company and your position there.

We are working in biotechnology industry. Founded few years ago, growing rapidly fast helping world with new technologies. I am on position of Project Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire PLDEVS.COM?

Our business was based on old, agy data-collection database platform. We couldn't work with constantly changing and new data, thus we had a pretty traditional way of handling the business - loosing efficency, time and money. Consequently, our team hired PLDEVS to build brand new CRM platform to solve our needs.

What were your goals for this project?

It was to create bespoke Customer Relationship Management system. Working hard for weeks with them met our expectations. The goal for all of them was to create engagement for our customers, and there was a commerce component to it as well. Our goals were to make our relationships with customers more dynamic and engaging. We thought creating a CRM platform for internal use that would solve that.

How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended to us from another company they were working on similar platform. It was purely recommendation - based. We wanted to create a CRM platform will be simple, easy-to-use and effectively managed data for us.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Their developers demonstrated a pleasant collaboration style paired with high-level technical acumen. They have produced a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution for us, which helps businesses across different industry verticals to manage their interactions with existing and potential customers.

Their support has kept various web development projects on track. A few minor bugs that were found after the launch were fixed in less than a day. We would definitely go back to them again in case of next application development.

What was the team composition?

A wide range of skills enables them to accomplish a variety of technical goals. PLDEVS has provided additional resources to the project at no cost and adapts to project complications. PLDEVS offered additional graphic / user interface suggestions for our visions. Their creative was very good, and their UI was so good that we decided to go with their creative vision. We have worked very closely with them, but at the end of the day, their creative has turned out to be just outstanding.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We were having trouble working with existing data and rising tech issues with our old platform. Our workflow was slowing across company. So, we decided to hire PLDEVS to solve the issues we were having. They have come with solution to decrease our future operational cost.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We couldn't find any problems with their efficiency. Some features were delivered faster than expected. They perform exceptionally well, staying on target for every task and working in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with her ability to listen and to efficiently manage a mixed team of onshore and offshore developers.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to take on challenges was impressive. PLDEVS were very staight forward with communication and delivery. They were eager to understand and address our concerns, and I appreciate how they could adopt to new changes and challenges. PLDEVS were always happy to revise work and produce what we need.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't see any cons for them. They were wonderful and I have nothing negative to say about the experience. They accurately estimated both time and cost, which was a very good sign to me. The service and design were great.

Please describe your company and your position there.

After achieving our goals in working, teaching and session work in London's West End salons, we founded our own hair salons in London. We soon realised that we wanted to open a larger flagship salons where we could develep our own training and philosophies. I am Director of company.

For what projects/services did your company hire PLDEVS.COM?

We are working with PLDEVS in London since 2009 and still our cooperation is ongoing with last project in 2017. They have done three web development solutions for us in total. During this time we have launched new websites, booking appliaction and marketing campaigns in social media.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal was to quickly revamp our old website and become more visible over the internet. They suggested completly fresh and new idea how to present our company in proper way. Furthermore we have been instructed to try online booking reservation module which was incorporated to our website later on, along with mobile application for Android and Apple phones.

How did you select this vendor?

These "web-creators" were recommended to us by friend of mine who made similar project with PLDEVS. In 2009, when I firsty met them, they were a small team of friendly guys with bright ideas. Now, 10 years later - this cooperation is clear and visible sign of its success.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

After creating a road plan, PLDEVS developed a web & mobile application that guides users through the reservation process of our services. They designed and developed our new website with booking reservation feature. The same service was done on mobile phones.

I need to say that these guys are incredibly capable and flexible in terms of adapting to web & mobile app environments. The have been working in 2-week sprints and collaborating with us without any hassle. Everything was prepared in proper manner, starting with documentation, project milestones and change management.

What was the team composition?

The team had about 5 people dedicated for this project, 1x Android Developer, 1x iOS Developer, 1x Web Developer, 1x UX Designer and a Project Manager. Improvements were possible during each sprint thanks to the scrum methodology. As a result of stable project manager and agile development process we could finish our work in approx 8 weeks, so it was quick.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have managed to build our mobile app for customers gaining more visits and higher revenue.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They're very responsive and great at communicating overall. The project management was very impressive. Their team regularly complied with deadlines and always communicated any issues or delays. We have been in good contact using Cisco WebEX and Jira.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're incredibly thoughtful and considerate when taking on a project. Furthermore they have strong software development skills that differentiate them from their competitors.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is a very little to improve. Our cooperation was clear and sound using agile project management, thus it was completed quickly and efficiently over the course of a couple of weeks.
