Our site communicates who we are, and all of our program offerings, including the ability for our clients to register for programs. We needed a team to redesign and develop it, which included updating our brand identity and image through design, photography, and content strategy. Storm Brain was hired for that web design and development work as well as on-site SEO.

To find a company that could work with us on a content strategy for the new site and that could deliver a beautiful, clean, and modern website that took our brand image to a new level. We have a number of pages on our site, so we needed a UX-focused design and improved information architecture.

Our customers provide great feedback on our new website. It brings our online image on par with our capabilities and status in our industry, and better showcases who we are in the marketplace. It’s helped our brand’s reputation and continues to support our growth.

We communicated through conference calls, meetings, and emails during the different phases and milestones. The project management process was effective and easy to understand.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

We set goals from a marketing and lead generation perspective in relation to the various areas of law we are focused on. We’re currently ranking on the first page for over 30 relevant keywords. We’ve invested in a long-term strategy with Storm Brain, and it’s starting to pay off. Our practice continues to grow, reinforcing our position as the top criminal defense attorney in Rhode Island.

Storm Brain then gave various design presentations to our leadership team in order to present their ideas. We were given the opportunity to participate during the testing and review of the development stages, prior to the launch of the site.

The site has launched, and our internal stakeholders, shareholders, and employees are very happy it. Our customers and business clients have all shared how much they like the new brand identity and the website. We’ve increased our visibility online and continue to grow our business.

Storm Brain had to incorporate the entire lengthy list options into the new website. The work we undertook together involved a complete overhaul of the way we process orders and accept them.

We primarily dealt with Blake (Chief Strategy Officer and Founder, Storm Brain) and Leah (Author, Storm Brain). Since working together, we have been blown away by the diverse set of skills they bring to the table. I’m sure other support staff involved, but it was very nice to interface directly with the people behind the creative aspects of the job.
