We hired Storm Brain to develop a comprehensive custom supply chain management platform for our business that integrates all of our ordering, production manufacturing, fulfillment and accounting activity.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to find a digital agency with the skill to craft an entire software platform for us that would be fully customized to our needs, and the agility to respond to our growing level of output and the complexity of our supply chain.

Our subsidiary had an established relationship with them and they came very highly recommended.

They created custom solutions for our business that allow the manufacturing / production teams in our large fulfilment location to accurately manage our supply chain. The new custom platform Storm Brain developed for us monitors and manages all of our production timelines and fulfillment timelines and integrates affiliate purchase accounts and global shipping management into a comprehensive data set.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with the two executive directors, Leah and Blake, and their team of software developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our entire supply chain management system has been made vastly more efficient after working with the developers at Storm Brain. Our production and distribution timelines and fulfillment metrics are now entirely integrated and trackable, making our product output process much more streamlined and manageable.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Extremely effective. The team at Storm Brain was closely integrated into our supply chain management efforts throughout the development process, and as result, the quality of the custom software platform they delivered exceeded all our expectations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness to think outside of the box. Rather than try to rework an existing software platform to suite our specific needs, they were willing to start from scratch to tailor the product to our unique business model.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None. Storm Brain exceeded our expectations and delivered on all levels. We are now moving into an expanded relationship with ongoing SEO services, PPC management, and other marketing services. Could not be more thrilled!

In addition to managing the full lifecycle of the website development process, Storm Brain helped us add another testimonial video to the site because it has been quite a while since I have done so. I sent Storm Brain some footage and some other content, and they put it all together for us. I also wanted to turn our patient education PDFs into trackable links to see if patients forward these links to their family and friends. Overall, Storm Brain was immensely helpful, and we stay in contact now just in case we need anything.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I couldn’t ask for a more professional and unique-looking website. Through our use of Google Analytics, we’re seeing that our links are forwarded to family and friends outside of California, and even outside the country.

Communication is straightforward with Storm Brain. We rely heavily on email, and Storm Brain always responds quickly.

I am fond of how communicative they are and the one-of-a-kind websites they can build. Storm Brain proved to not be a company that creates a website that looks exactly like a competitor’s.

Storm Brain designed our website so that we no longer have to continually change the subject matter or update it every month. The design is fresh and professional-looking.

We had direct communication with our project manager and found it very easy to communicate our ideas to him. We only had three revisions before we launched the website.

Storm Brain was very easy to work with. They listened to every idea and improved upon them to a level we never expected.

We’ve had a few minor changes, but Storm Brain handled every request efficiently and rapidly.

With data analytics, we can see that people outside the country are clicking on our trackable links. This means that our current patients are forwarding these links to family and friends outside their hometown, which is our goal. We can see how many people visit our website, what devices they use, and where they are located.

We simply emailed our contact at Storm Brain to create links for PDFs, and he did so within a day. He also provided information about tracking the links.

The website is professional. We appreciated their extremely quick responses to inquiries and projects.

I can't think of any areas for improvement. They were a good company that was always available for questions.

Industry partners are always complementing our site and the fact that it’s highly visual. We’re able to use the site as a sales tool, showcasing our work and referencing it during all of our preliminary conversations and strategy meetings with new clients. We also get a lot of compliments on our brand and our overall company image.

They managed the project very effectively. Throughout the process of design and development, we communicated regularly with the Storm Brain team through email or phone. It was nice that we had just one point of contact that took care of us from start to finish.

All of the design assets were provided to us for review and our internal QA. We then sent off feedback and additional direction to their team. It was a time consuming process, but one that was detailed and easy to navigate.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. As someone who understands how difficult it is to reconcile great design and time constraints, it was a great experience working with professionals who deliver on both.
