They actually anticipated needs we didn't even know we had - especially around the SOC 2 stuff. Instead of waiting for us to figure out compliance requirements, they proactively handled it. Weekly check-ins were useful, not just status theater. When issues came up, they solved them fast without making it our problem. If anything, they were almost too thorough sometimes. They'd spend extra time making sure edge cases were covered when we might've been okay with a quicker solution initially. But that attention to detail is exactly why we have zero post-launch issues now, so it was the right call.
