What I like the most is that they feel like part of the team, which I didn’t have with the previous team. They care and make suggestions a lot. The team always mentions if they think they can do something better, which I think is unique. I wanted a partnership and someone that would be invested rather than being paid to do the bare minimum, and that’s what I got. They stay late or come in early so we can talk because of the time difference, which I really appreciate. I’ve really enjoyed working with them and they’re a great group of people.

We have daily standups whenever we need them. They always do a good job of preparing well for meetings and listening to what we have to say. Beyond those, we use Slack, Atlassian, and JIRA to communicate and keep track of all our project milestones and deliverables.
