The Transport Management System (TMS) developed has two main components: a web dashboard and a driver mobile app. The web app will handle trip bookings, truck and driver assignments, and provide real-time visibility through a centralized dashboard. The driver app will allow drivers to start and end trips, update trip statuses and upload proof of delivery.

What stood out the most was their dedication and commitment to meeting deadlines. Even with tight timelines, they stayed focused and delivered without compromising quality. They really took ownership of the project, treated it like their own and made sure everything was done right and on time.

One thing that could be improved is having a more structured way to log and track revisions. While they were very responsive to change requests, it would have been helpful to have a centralized record of what was modified, when, and why.
