We were not in a position to make an accurate accessory plan before the deployment. The KPI FC Accuracy for our accessories was sustainably improved by the developed tool, storage costs were reduced and the readiness to deliver was improved

Everything was delivered according to the agreed schedule. The progress of the project was clearly documented and everyone involved had a transparent overview.
