Their attentiveness. They were on top of the project and understood the requirements, and whatever they did not understand, they asked about. I have never felt more confident that what they were building was going to be a success.

Maybe ask more questions just to understand more of the pain points as to why we are doing the project but thats on me to also tell them what I need out of it.
