Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We met with Marc back in March 2024 to discuss our current situation with having to switch our internet provider and wanting a company domain, new internet provider and a new phone system. After receiving a quote and deciding to move forward, the team at Current Tek made the transition to our domain seamless and easy. We were able to have an overlap with both providers so that we had time to notify customers and suppliers and emails were forwarded until everyone was aware of the change. Our phones were outdated and Current Tek provided us with an up to date system and installed them so we were not down long. I believe this portion of our upgrade was complete in June 2024.

Then in January 2025, we had several phone conversations with Marc regarding the age of our computers, the operating system not being supported as of October 2025 and the security measures we are currently taking and what we could work on. We received a quote to install new computers and Windows 11 for our offices. We also took a survey regarding security. In March 2025, new computers were installed. Raymund was very helpful and so knowledgable with making sure everything from our old computers got transferred to our new computers and that all software was running properly and all printers, etc were working with the new system.

We are still working with Marc on what is needed for cybersecurity as this is something that changes constantly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a company domain and are not having any issues with sending or receiving emails as this is the main means of communication used with our customers and suppliers.

We have an up to date phone system.

We also have new computers with up to date operating systems and back ups that give us peace of mind in case of an unfortunate situation were to occur.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Current Tek team delivered all items in a timely manner. They made sure when something was started, that we were either able to continue to work or if need be, only down for a short time until they could complete the task at hand. They always followed up to make sure things were working properly and if something wasn't, they were quick to make sure the issue was resolved right away. The team was always very helpful and responded in a timely manner.

Current TEK Solutions provides IT services for our company. We've been working with them for over 14 years.

Throughout the engagement, the team has recommended and installed hardware and software for our office, including computers, hard drives, and servers. We have switched over to renting the equipment to keep up with the fast pace of things changing in the software and physical hard equipment. In fact, we're on a rotational basis.

Moreover, we're due to be upgraded to the new Office 365 and server. With all the security breaches, they come on-site and brief us about cybersecurity. We now get weekly cybersecurity training on different topics.

We also have little IT meetings to discuss our needs. The team works mainly off-site, but they do come occasionally on-site.

What is the team composition?

We mainly contact Marc, the president and owner, and Ron, who fields our calls. Two people also contact us when we have issues.

How did you come to work with Current TEK Solutions?

We weren't happy with the company we were with, so we started looking for other partners. We found Current TEK Solutions through word of mouth.

We've spent at least $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2011, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They have helped us throughout the years. When we have issues with a program, all we have to do is reach out to Current TEK Solutions and send a ticket. They reach out within an hour and schedule a time to walk us through it or hop on our computer and help us resolve the issue. They stick with it until the issue is resolved. They have met all our expectations in terms of performance and service quality.

How did Current TEK Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, the team meets deadlines and stays on budget. We communicate via phone calls, Teams meetings, and in-person sometimes. We meet with them quite frequently to discuss where we're at, what our needs are, and what will change in the future.
