Part of this meant that Massive's CTO pushed us to reconsider our entire backend software ecosystem seriously. Massive went above and beyond the statement of work to deliver a brand and website; they guided us to the (admittedly painful) realization that we needed to back up the work they were doing with equally masterful backend software.
