They are just genuinely very nice people to work with - at the end of the day, performance is great, in BSR Digital, you can get great results with very nice people to work with and that's a plus. Generally speaking, any issues we do have with how requests come in (needs to be via email vs. slack, which is for reactive emergencies or fixes, or scheduling a mtg) or how we communicate, or issues with budgeting, performance, etc. gets addressed very expediently.

There was constant communication including weekly video communications (zoom), standard calls, and in-person visits from them. They were always available via phone, text, or by coming to New Jersey in person. The Idea2Form team really stuck to the calendar, hitting all our deliverable marks. Be open to Idea2Form’s process. There’s a method behind the madness with them. They do push you sometimes (in a good way) to get information and to pull out things that maybe you’re not thinking. Have an open mind. They are really wonderful collaborators.
