We hired ShyftUp to lead our App Store Optimization on iOS and Android. Our goal was to drive new users through App Store Search and Browse.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Selection was based on experience, expertise, communication, services offered, and cost.

I hired ShyftUp to optimize the Nurx iOS app for organic search rankings in the app store.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
ShyftUp reached out to me and after interviewing them and setting goals for the project we decided to start working with them.

After a discovery and kickoff, we started meeting with ShyftUp on a weekly basis for keyword optimization and screenshot testing in the app store. They provided keyword research and biweekly optimizations for both keywords, along with weekly reports out ranking performance. They also provided a screenshot testing roadmap to launch new tests every two weeks with approved designs.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with an account manager and project manager on ShyftUps team.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Within 3 months our iOS app ranked for 3x keywords and we were able to run screenshot tests every two weeks with increases to the app install rate.

ShyftUp has been great at communicating the overall roadmap for app store optimization, setting deadlines and following up on approvals. Their efficient project management has enabled us to launch optimizations every two weeks and see results quickly from those optimizations.

We are impressed by ShyftUp's knowledge of best practices for keyword optimization and screenshot testing, along with tactics to increase the keywords we can add to the product page has enabled us to make fast optimizations and see results quickly.
