Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We didn't have a lot of metadata on our sites, we had no site map and we knew we needed content and an advisor on how to move forward with PPC ads. WebFX helped us with all of these, and were very transparent about everything that they did to ensure that we were optimized for search.

We wanted to build our content ourselves, so we switched to link earning and it helped as well. WebFX still gave us a number of topics that would boost our site if we made content surrounding these topics. They also would take our new content and would edit it for optimal keywords, etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw very big boosts in our PPC traffic, and after 3 months we started seeing our unique visitors go up tremendously, probably around 50% growth from our 6 months, which is great.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The calendar on their platform helped with transparency in what they were performing for us. I enjoyed the weekly calls to make sure everyone's on the same page. Everything was on time.

How many teammates from WebFX were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We have an ongoing business relationship with WebFX. They deliver continuous assistance with our Website SEO, local SEO and PPC. They have helped increase our online credibility by building out educational blog posts, back links, and word count on our website pages.

They have helped increase traffic to the website and to our local Google Business profiles, which has then lead to an increase in form fills and phone calls. They have helped us change the focus of our PPC from general heavy equipment ads to a recruitment campaign.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Continued increase of traffic, form fills, and phone calls to our branches. Increased Google rankings for specific website pages and keywords. Continued new content published to our blog and website. Credible industry backlinks established.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

WebFX always responds to our needs quickly and delivered all their promised content on time. They also always stay on top of ongoing projects or issues that needed to be worked out. These guys take great notes and truly make you feel like your success is their success.

What was your primary form of communication with WebFX?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

WebFX never brags about how knowledgeable they are or how much they can do for us, as opposed to other companies we looked into. They just put our needs first, then do great work and let that speak for itself. They are always ready to serve and are a steady partner we can trust and count on. This aligns right along with our business philosophy so it's a great match!

Are there any areas for improvement or something WebFX could have done differently?

I've noticed that some of the employees at WebFX tend to be on the younger side and therefore, may not be as well versed in decorum and tend to have a slightly more casual way of speaking when conversing with their elders. Don't get me wrong, no one has ever been rude or unprofessional.

However, we sometimes have division presidents and vice presidents on video calls with us and it's just made me slightly uncomfortable when they are speaking with the WebFX employee. And it's only a couple individuals, not everyone. It's fine when it's just myself and other members of my marketing team because we tend to be more casual anyway since we are more familiar with the WebFX team. It's just a nuanced thing I've noticed.

How many teammates from WebFX were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

WebFX began their partnership with Jonite by conducting an exhaustive SEO audit to identify strengths and weaknesses, providing a foundation for their tailored SEO strategy. This strategy included meticulous keyword research and optimization, ensuring Jonite's online content was calibrated to attract the most relevant audience. Their efforts extended to both on-page and off-page SEO optimization, incorporating modifications on Jonite's website as well as leveraging external factors like backlinks to bolster the company's online presence.

If applicable, a local SEO strategy might have been implemented, fine-tuning Jonite's online visibility for local searches and potential clientele. A crucial aspect of WebFX's service was their commitment to performance tracking and continuous improvement. They maintained a close eye on the effectiveness of their strategies, providing Jonite with regular performance reports. Their task wasn't a one-off initiative, but rather an ongoing commitment to adjust and improve SEO strategies in response to performance data and evolving search engine algorithms.

Overall, the key deliverables were a robust, customized SEO strategy, an optimized online presence, improved local search visibility if required, regular performance reports, and a promise of continuous SEO enhancements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The partnership with WebFX brought about a noticeable surge in organic traffic to Jonite's website, indicative of effective keyword optimization and increased visibility on search engine results. This was paired with a rise in Jonite's positioning in search engine rankings, especially concerning their target keywords, with many securing first-page rankings.

If local SEO was part of the strategy, Jonite likely saw a marked enhancement in their local search visibility, translating into increased local business. Other likely successes included a boost in conversion rates, pointing to not only more traffic but also more relevant and engaged users. User engagement on the site also likely improved, as suggested by metrics such as lower bounce rate and longer session durations.

Lastly, the growth in the number of quality backlinks to Jonite's website indicates improved website authority and trustworthiness. The progress in these areas would typically be tracked and reported regularly by WebFX, signifying their commitment to continuous SEO enhancements.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Regan's project management skills at WebFX have truly set a high bar. Delivering on core tasks promptly and within the agreed timelines, she ensured the seamless progression of our SEO strategy. While some additional, out-of-scope deliverables may have required a longer turnaround, Regan's adeptness in organization and communication has shone through.

She kept us updated in a detailed, itemized manner, allowing us to understand each step of the process and the progress being made. Her ability to consistently anticipate and respond to our needs has been exceptional, further reinforcing our satisfaction with WebFX's services. Her professionalism and dedication have contributed significantly to making our partnership with WebFX a resounding success.

What was your primary form of communication with WebFX?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the standout aspects of WebFX that impresses me the most is their exceptional communication. They have skillfully mastered the art of keeping clients informed, making complex SEO projects accessible and understandable. With consistent updates on key deliverables and progress, they ensure that I am never in the dark.

Their commitment extends to arranging regular monthly Zoom meetings, demonstrating their dedication to maintaining a strong client relationship. This impressive level of communication has been a constant, regardless of the fact that our company is based in Singapore, far from their main HQ. While the results in terms of our initial goals and objectives have not been groundbreaking as of yet, their honest, clear, and regular communication has instilled confidence in their process and promise.

This, I believe, sets the foundation for a robust and fruitful long-term relationship, which is an incredible asset especially when navigating the complex world of SEO. What truly sets WebFX apart is their ability to make distance irrelevant and their commitment to maintaining open lines of communication, both of which have made our relationship feel both close and collaborative despite the geographical distance. This unique approach to client relationships, particularly in a new partnership like ours, has been most impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WebFX could have done differently?

While our experience with WebFX has largely been positive, there's an area where I believe there's room for enhancement - their design capabilities. While their SEO and project management prowess is undoubted, their ability to deliver high-level design work could be improved. For instance, I feel the design of our blog articles could be more dynamic and visually compelling to better engage our audience.

In the longer term, we may be looking at a potential UI/UX overhaul for our website, and a stronger design team at WebFX would make them a more comprehensive choice for these needs.

Currently, I don't see their design team matching up to the high standards set by their SEO and communication efforts. Strengthening their design capabilities would make WebFX an even more formidable one-stop solution for businesses like ours, offering excellent, full-spectrum digital marketing services.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We engaged WebFX after a poor experience with another SEO provider that did not seem capable of delivering the goals we intended. We wanted an SEO company to help us gain traction in our stagnant keywords and increase their rankings against the competition.

We wanted also to ensure that company was capable of understanding our business and could provide intelligent and contextually relevant topics for publishing. WebFX was able to learn about our business and improve our target keywords that ranked far better in search engines after they took over.

They published strategic content that our customers appreciate and piques their interest to contact us. We also asked them to take over management of our PPC campaigns. They present monthly reports and strategies of why/how to change bids and context to improve our performance and respect our budget.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website matured with more cohesive voice that spoke towards professional experience and expertise. The SEO they implemented helped guide future content, as well. The results were evident within a few months as our analytics showed organic traffic steadily increasing and more traceable conversions.

With the encouragement of good results, we devoted more resources and trust to WebFX for the project and continued improving overall. Our page is still sitting at the top of page one of Google for our most competitive keyword, with other keywords also seen benefitting.

Our Ad Words campaigns are more under control and our budget seems to work well the heavy competition. We are paying attention to our page relevance for key terms and trying to decrease bounce rates.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

WebFX's tools for project management are top notch. A customer portal allows us to view leads, deliverables as scheduled, meeting notes, approve content, and more. All promised deliverables (written content and new pages, updates, answers to our questions) were always timely and nothing fell through the cracks.

They always have been attentive to our concerns and respond with educating us about our choices and why they are important to help establish the right direction for us. Our goals as described from day one have always been held in context.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their capacity to understand our business - what we produce and to who we advertise. This is more niche industrial search optimization and B2B, but their practices apply 100% towards the success and improvements of our website.
