They helped us from not being able to sell online to using Amazon as a platform to be able to offer our product online. We typically sell through the distribution channel and new we were missing end users. We were always relying on others to sell for us and in a retail environment we new there was no reason for an employee to push our product. 

We saw other people on Amazon selling our product and they had bad pictures and bad content. It didn't make us look good and we wanted to take ownership of the content. Also, we knew people who shop on Amazon go there first and not a retail store so how many sales where we missing.

• We have grown our business larger than expected in sales year over year. Other than the covid year due to a motor shortage we have been growing 50-60% every year on Amazon.

We engaged WebFX after a poor experience with another SEO provider that did not seem capable of delivering the goals we intended. We wanted an SEO company to help us gain traction in our stagnant keywords and increase their rankings against the competition.

 We wanted also to ensure that company was capable of understanding our business and could provide intelligent and contextually relevant topics for publishing. WebFX was able to learn about our business and improve our target keywords that ranked far better in search engines after they took over. 

They published strategic content that our customers appreciate and piques their interest to contact us. We also asked them to take over management of our PPC campaigns. They present monthly reports and strategies of why/how to change bids and context to improve our performance and respect our budget.

Our website matured with more cohesive voice that spoke towards professional experience and expertise. The SEO they implemented helped guide future content, as well. The results were evident within a few months as our analytics showed organic traffic steadily increasing and more traceable conversions. 

With the encouragement of good results, we devoted more resources and trust to WebFX for the project and continued improving overall. Our page is still sitting at the top of page one of Google for our most competitive keyword, with other keywords also seen benefitting. 

Our Ad Words campaigns are more under control and our budget seems to work well the heavy competition. We are paying attention to our page relevance for key terms and trying to decrease bounce rates.

WebFX's tools for project management are top notch. A customer portal allows us to view leads, deliverables as scheduled, meeting notes, approve content, and more. All promised deliverables (written content and new pages, updates, answers to our questions) were always timely and nothing fell through the cracks. 

They always have been attentive to our concerns and respond with educating us about our choices and why they are important to help establish the right direction for us. Our goals as described from day one have always been held in context.

Their capacity to understand our business - what we produce and to who we advertise. This is more niche industrial search optimization and B2B, but their practices apply 100% towards the success and improvements of our website.

They have increased our new client contacts dramatically, ensuring we get a significantly larger amount of leads daily. Our practice has also grown significantly since we hired WebFX. We were a practice of 3, we are now a practice of 18 and still growing.

• We received detailed monthly reports of our progress for each project, which easily outlined what was completed throughout the month, what was planned next and any adjustments they suggest for optimal improvement. After working with WebFX it is clear to see they prioritise their project management and also their customer service. Without fail, WebFX continued to meet timelines and deadlines with deliverables and allowed for time to be scheduled in for drafting, editing, feedback and more allowing for clear understanding from both parties. They met and exceeded my expectations for a provider in this industry.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about WebFX was their Marketing platform that is custom to their business. This platform was beyond anything we have seen in Australia and allowed for a multitude of opportunity for us to gain vital information about our potential clientele. The most unique thing about this business, is not necessarily unique to the average business as it is a expectation.

The customer service was amazing, from our initial interaction to being paired with our accounts manager was smooth, enjoyable and just the upmost professional. We received better communication and prompt replies from our WebFX team who are in a different country and time zone than us, than we do with the external marketing company we engage with in Australia.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WebFX could have done differently?

Literally nothing. Not at anytime did I think, 'I wish WebFX would do this better', they simply are the best we've ever worked with.

Not just 1 person helping but a whole team of marketers to help with our projects - graphics, copywriting, developers, etc. They had all the tools to help us be successful.

i wasn't a fan of how they measure deliverables each month. For example, you might get 6 "asset points" a month and a long form blog is 2 points. It gets confusing how many points you have for the month and if a blog took more than a month then which month that counted as points. Sometimes we got backed up in work and it was hard to track.
