They often get ahead of the curve and will suggest planning in advance. Before the merger was complete, they were preparing PR plans for all the new executives and their respective teams to kick off media relations, speaking, etc., so we could hit the ground running as soon as we announced the new brand.

5.0 Jul 7, 2017They’re a fabulous group to work with. I’ve been doing marketing for 30 years, and this was the first time I called an agency back and spoke to the president. I called Mike [President] and told him how great his staff was. They go above and beyond. It’s not that other vendors don’t do this but, for example, during our second meeting, they delivered what we had asked for, and they went that extra mile. They had conducted a lot of market research and researched who the competitors and other celebrities in the marketplace were. The creative they came back with was top notch. Every single person on the team is nice, friendly, and easy to work with, and they did really good work. Usually you end up with a couple of people that don’t like what the agency did, but everybody thought DDW did fabulous work.

If somebody is not in the office, emails get bounced around quickly, and I'll get a response from somebody else that I wasn't expecting. I've never had an issue communicating with their office by phone or email. In this day and age, that's critical, especially when we need to make a change to a website that needs to happen right away.
