For paid social accounts, Linear built all new ad creative and completely reorganized our ad accounts. They've built an entire library of audiences and added Metadata for better B2B targeting. They've written all new ad copy and helped us rethink our core offer across paid social channels.
For paid search they've built our Google Ads from the ground up. The strategy so far has been targeting competitors and continually testing better ad copy.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our conversion tracking was a mess to begin with so just getting that dialed in and accurate was a big win. From there they helped us reduce our cost per conversion by 75% and improved our conversion volume by around 300%. This has resulted in real MRR growth month over month.

Our brokerage hired Linear to manage our PPC, Paid Social, landing page design, and CRO.  The scope of work included designing at least 2 landing pages, creating high converting campaigns on Google and Facebook, optimizing Google Ad and Facebook spend, designing social ads for each campaign, and track all data to better understand the user journey.

Our Account Manager and CRO Designer are absolutely incredible in all aspects of project management.  They are communicative with updates (including what's working and what they're changing) and we have bi-weekly calls set up, which is the perfect amount of time between meetings.  If we have a one-off request, they respond within hours.  Everything has been delivered on-time, or ahead of schedule, and they're very receptive to our feedback.

Aside from exceptional customer service and responsiveness, we are so impressed with their creative designs and fulfillment on their promise to bring us high-quality leads.  We previously worked with a different PPC firm, and we are getting more leads, more high-quality leads, and closing more deals than we ever have before.

Nothing!  We're so happy working with Linear, and we plan to increase our budget because they are bringing us so much business.

I hired Linear to help with improving all of our advertisements from Google to Facebook. The goal was to improve cost per conversion and have positive ROAS.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I interviewed several agencies, ultimately chose Linear because their website had the highest organic traffic and I kept seeing their retargeting ads after visiting their website, indicating they're capable of doing the same for me.

Campaign overall was to help improve conversion rate, lower conversion cost, and bring positive ROAS to Google, Youtube, Facebook, and Linkedin ads. Projects were created with clear scope of work, biweekly meetings, and reports. Additional to ads management, they also helped us with writing all the creatives and designing landing pages/graphics.

3-4 were assigned to me. I had a project manager, a designer, an ad specialist, and Luke, their CEO was fairly involved in most of our meetings.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It took a few months to get the results we were looking for. Ultimately the linear team was able to achieve the majority of the original scope promised. For Facebook ads, our cost per conversion went down nearly 62%. Cost per click also greatly improved. Nearly doubled our ROAS. For Google ads, conversion rate went up 45% with cost per conversions dropping almost 58%. Overall, extraordinarily happy with the results.

I appreciated the clear communication, prompt responses, and deep understanding of our business. They didn't give us any cookie cutter template for the campaign. Early on Lindsay and Nick had several meetings with me to outline exactly what we were looking for, drafting up several campaign ideas, and constantly pitching new ideas to us.

This was refreshing, as most agencies I've worked with would make assumptions about what we want. Linear took the time to understand us to create a custom campaign tailored to our specific needs and that alone set them worlds apart from other agencies we've hired. They're also

We hired Linear Design to help us with our Google Ads management. We were transitioning from another company because we weren’t happy with them at all, and the cost per lead was very high.

Our first contact was with Linear Design’s owner, and we worked with three different people from their team throughout the engagement.

We found Linear Design on Google a year before we actually hired them. When we were ready to bring them in, we had an initial interview with them, and we decided to hire them based on that.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $3,000 per month on their services, not counting the ad spend.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February 2021–March 2022. Although we found great success with Linear Design, we ended our collaboration because we became very busy with our amount of work. Thus, we decided to pause our paid advertising efforts and work only with our organic leads.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Before working with Linear Design, we were paying about $1,200 per lead to the other company. However, Linear Design got our cost per lead down to less than $200, which was a huge difference. Given that we have five different locations, every one of those had its ups and downs. Still, we had an average 25% increase in our ROI overall. If we ever decide to restart our PPC efforts, we will definitely hire them again.

Linear Design’s project management was great, and they were very responsive from the start. Throughout our engagement, we had biweekly or monthly meetings, depending on the need. We also used DASH to manage the project and provide reports, which facilitated the work on our end.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Linear Design was very engaging since the first interview, and they offered a great onboarding process. That was a good quality of theirs from a business perspective because they were interacting with us, and we were not happy customers due to our past experience.

Send them the reports and be very communicative; don’t expect them to do all the work.

Linear more than exceeded our expectations with results of over a 50% increase in conversion just within 3 months.

Our Main Street was holding an annual arts festival and we needed help driving awareness of the event and artists registering to display and showcase their art for the event. Linear was engaged to manage the google ads and PPC campaign.

Linear has done training for small business in Utah and had great competency in this area. They also have experience working with non-profits in our area which was very helpful.

Linear work with us to assess the goals which were primarily to increase the number of people attending the festival and the number of artists who came to display their artwork. They were able to craft targeted ads with appropriate landing pages. All aspects of the campaign were managed by Linear which took a great burden off of us!

Ultimately we saw a 75% increase in site traffic, a 27% Increase in ad impressions, scaled google ads by 465%, and resulted in 405 conversions. The bottom line, we had the biggest and best arts festival to date!

Very collaborative and transparent. We were able to get them access to everything after defining the scope and targets, then they were off to the races.

Overall, Linear was very competent and effective. We just didn't have to worry about it and we were able to focus on the operations of the event. It was so incredibly helpful.

Perhaps we could have seen more real time reporting, but we were busy handling all of the registrations that came in.

We found a handful of companies online and interviewed each one to get a feel for their methods and ability to promote our type of product. Linear's specialty in both advertising and conversion, along with the ability to communicate directly with the people who'd be doing the work, won us over.

After diving deep into our product to learn all about it Linear planned and executed PPC campaigns on several major social media platforms and google. They also designed and launched landing pages for these ads. They monitored conversion stats of both the ads and the landing pages, and optimized as the campaign progressed.

I work directly with both the ad account manager and the landing page designer, and occasionally touch base with the ad designer.

Linear's design quality of both their ads and landing pages are top-notch. They look fantastic and do a great job of conveying the benefits of our product. And their ability to pivot and make changes according to conversion data is quick and efficient.

We're always able to reach both the account manager and landing page designer via email and they always respond the same day. We also have bi-weekly zoom meetings. Communication has been fluid, and I always feel like I'm being heard.

With Linear Design, I feel like a valued client. I always feel heard by them, and they always take my requests and views into real consideration. I don't feel like a cog in the wheel as I have in the past with larger companies. Their personal touch is outstanding.

We followed Linear’s blog for quite a while and even had our in house guys following along, but eventually decided to outsource the project to them.

Linear performed account audits and CRO audits before even sending us a proposal. They didn’t even charge us to do this and they really probably should have. After we signed up they had us fill out an intake form, scheduled a kickoff call, and then hit the ground running. I think we had everything up and running in 10 days or so.

Three people our account manager, the director of PPC, and our Designer. Luke the CEO also is involved in overseeing everything. So four if you count him.

We’ve increased conversions by 750% while only doubling our ad spend. So we’ve drastically improved almost every KPI. I think our cost per lead is maybe 1/5 what it was before hiring them and the lead quality is phenomenal.

Impeccable. From day one they set expectations and then followed through on everything. We have full access to their on boarding checklists and can always see what’s being done inside our accounts and landing pages.

They are actually a pretty small team, but you wouldn’t know it. They freaking hustle to get things done and hit goals. I’m seriously wondering how they do such good work so quickly.

Sometimes they miss an email or forget about small requests and we have to follow up with them. It happens but they own it and they’ve never dropped the ball on anything big.
