Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Segal Communications helped us plan and execute our Grand Opening party with all of the necessary entertainment, flowers, food, staff and other important items. Additionally, Segal manages our Instagram every day and also organized 75+ influencers to come in during our pre-opening time. Finally, their team also organized print or other media types. Ongoingly, they are putting together 2-3 influencers per month for us and managing local events with companies like the Junior League.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had meetings every other week to discuss progress but measurable deliverables were a successful grand opening, large influencer presence in the the store and constant game planning materials.

They were extremely responsive and often very adaptable to moving targets.
