I’m the CEO of a revenue cycle management company. We take care of medical billing.

What challenge were you trying to address with Siege Inc.?

We needed help with video production.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created a short video to cover the revenue cycle management process. They took care of scripting in laymen’s terms, storyboarding, filming, and post-production. They pulled a lot of information from what I provided on my website and synthesized it effectively.

We spent $600–$700.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2017, and we wrapped up in March 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality was higher than expected. They made great suggestions and were really patient throughout the whole process. I’ve gained more clientele, too. People have asked me who I used for the video and I refer them all the time. The team is great about following up and following through.

How did Siege Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated effortlessly even though it was a virtual engagement. We communicated via Zoom, email, and Microsoft Teams.

They work well within the agreed-upon timelines. They’re very reliable and were able to explain the process to me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing that I can think of.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would highly recommend them as long as you’re willing to do the work on your end, too.

Please describe your company and your position there.

The San Ramon Valley Thunderbirds are were established in 1959 and have been providing mentorship to the youth of our area using the sport of football and cheerleadering. We are well established in our community and look to continue our history and tradition. I have been the athletic director for the past 4 years.

For what projects/services did your company hire Siege Inc.?

We have hired Siege for various project. They have an ongoing contract to film and edit our weekly games. We also have hired them for specific events to curate video production so we can promote our brand. They have created film production for our kickoff "TBirds Day", our end of the year ceremony as well as a cinematic version of our championship game last season.

What were your goals for this project?

For this End of Year party we put them to the test. Asking for them to sift through the endless hours of footage, pull out the relevant clips and tell the story of the season through found footage.

SOLUTION

How did you select Siege Inc.?

We interviewed multiple production companies and have multiple vetting meetings internally. We chose Seige do to their enthusiasm for there craft and ability to be nimble with our requests.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

The end of ear video ended up being 30min. Seige took footage all season long and was able to tell the story using the footage. We supplied them with some direction but by all accounts, it was their creativity that made it a success.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We poll the end user (our customers) on their thoughts on the video. We have an internal board meeting on all of our vendors eery year. We supplied Seige feedback after those items are completed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had many more positive responses to our survey than a typical year. Unfortunately we do not have the data to quantify but we will moving forward.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very smooth and efficient. They are always available via email, phone or text. Always responsive and open to working to find a way to move forward for all parities

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their enthusiasm, professionalism and in the end, their talent. They have an eye for next level video production and a special knack for story telling through video.

No. They are crushing it and I am excited to wrk with them moving forward.

The shoot we initially hired them for had a lot of limitations: in the dark, outside, and with only one chance to get it right - yet they made it work - and it looked fantastic.
