They meet with me regularly to discuss the projects and make sure I'm in the loop, as well as sending regular reports. They're always happy to answer questions, and they never miss a deadline. Sometimes I feel like I'm actually a part of their SEO team because they listen to and value my input - adapting their strategy when I have an idea. That said, they're also professional enough to tell me if my suggestion is a bad idea rather than just yes me because I'm the client. Second to their technicial skills, one of the biggest selling-points of BroBex in my opinion is the transparency, integrity and regularity of their communication.
