Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the director of Regional Homes, and service the Birmingham, Sandwell & the Black Country areas within the Midlands.

For what projects/services did your company hire KAMGRAPHICA?

We needed to rank for new keyterms, which would drive those types of referrals to our company. Additionally, we were unhappy with our previous provider who was neither transparent nor achieving the results we wanted.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to improve our ranking for existing keyterms, as well as show up in search results for the terms related to our services. The overall goal was to increase the number of online referrals we were receiving and to bring more visitors to the company across all branches.

How did you select this vendor?

I was introduced to Kas (Director of KAMG) through a mutual connection. However, we still vetted a number of different companies. We wanted to ensure that the company was results-oriented, and could clearly communicate how their technical strategy would tie back to our bottom line.

Describe the project in detail.

We started off with a series of meetings to familiarize them with our brand and goals online. They helped us revise and add to our target group of keywords. They implemented some other structural changes to the site to make it more SEO friendly.

The calls to action were made clearer, and they have given a number of suggestions to streamline the site design so that it is simpler and more intuitive for the user. They also write monthly blog posts for us. We give them topics and work together on the text. Our team has the final approval...

What was the team composition?

We usually go through a project manager, but we are also in communication with the owner. Both the Director/owner of the company and his team are very professional and always makes an effort to check in with us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The ranking for our newest key terms are definitely growing, but we realize this will take time. There has been a dramatic increase in the number of online inquires and therefore, visits to our brances. Traffic to our site has increased overall. There has also been a lot more engagement with our blogs and an increase in the number of our social media followers...

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team has been very pleasant to work with. They are very responsive via email and phone. Additionally, if we want any updates or just a better understanding of our performance, they always make themselves available. Outside of our scheduled meetings, we communicate on an as needed basis.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professionalism and knowledge stand out the most. They took the time to understood our industry and competitive landscape before executing any plan. The due-diligence they put in at the beginning of the process, and their follow-through since have made all the difference.

Kas & his team are absolutely fantastic they make you feel really important and have always been happy to explain anything i naturally wouldn't understand without making you feel stupid. I really couldn't recommend their services to any business looking to grow their business.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have no recommendations for any areas of improvement as the service i receive is genuinely second to none.
