Brainy Beaver Online Computer Support hired BroBex Marketing to increase website traffic, and to increase conversion rates from website visitors. They did keyword research, competitor research, SEO audits, and CRO audits and created and implemented an SEO strategy that increased my website traffic by over 30% over the course of about 6 months. 
With this new traffic, they were able to get enough data points to determine that improving the user experience was crucial to increasing conversions, so we are currently optimizing the website for UX / UE & CRO.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website traffic has increased by over 30% in the last 6 months, which is incredible. I'd worked with other companies for much longer with far less success. I'm also very happy with the website updates that we're making to improve the user experience. Robert's knowledge about CRO is unparalleled and I forsee a huge increase in new customers once the revamped site goes live.

They meet with me regularly to discuss the projects and make sure I'm in the loop, as well as sending regular reports. They're always happy to answer questions, and they never miss a deadline. Sometimes I feel like I'm actually a part of their SEO team because they listen to and value my input - adapting their strategy when I have an idea. 
That said, they're also professional enough to tell me if my suggestion is a bad idea rather than just yes me because I'm the client. Second to their technicial skills, one of the biggest selling-points of BroBex in my opinion is the transparency, integrity and and regularity of their communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've worked with many SEO companies in the past, and fired them all because I got no results, only excuses. The most impressive thing to me is I'm actually getting fantastic results. That I like them as people, admire their knowledge and understanding of SEO/CRO/UX, and I'm kept in the loop without having to ask is unique as well, in my experience.

It's hard to sum up all the work this organization does for us

we own five e-commerce websites with two still underdevelopment

scope of work these people have been doing for us over the last five years is hard to sum up

but Robert has been instrumental in helping us research and study the markets we want to go into crafting everything from the actual name, logo, website layout, and overall design strategy as well as building it creating most of the content we would not have the online presence or revenue that we have today without them

I suppose it boils down to one word "Revenue"

with Robert's help we diversified our online presence with multiple e-commerce sites

we've developed several niche market e-commerce sites some of them are dominating their niche

and others are on the way to dominate. This teamwork very own to do the research and help us focus on exactly where we want to be and help us get there

some of these niche sites have developed some six-figure large projects

For SEO, they've actively identified key keywords, advised on content creation, built backlinks, and implemented member tracking. In terms of paid media, they got us up and running with Google Ads and social media advertising, continuously working to optimize targeting and ensure our ads perform at their peak. If an ad isn't performing, they're quick to suggest actionable changes.
