One thing that really stood out was how they managed the project. They worked in focused two-week sprints and somehow managed to deliver everything ahead of schedule. The communication was fantastic they kept us in the loop through Slack, had regular check-ins, and when we needed to pivot or refine something, they rolled with it without missing a beat. If we're being completely honest, the one thing we wished for was a bit more hand-holding on the analytics side after launch. We wanted to better understand how to read and interpret the user engagement data ourselves. But when we mentioned this, they were totally flexible and added some extra training sessions to help us get up to speed.

They used a Trello board to manage the project and allowed me to work directly on that which just made things much more efficient.
