I needed to create a personal website, so I got in touch with Epik Solutions. 

What were your goals for this project?

My website is my brand image. I wanted the website to aptly represent me at a glance, and, at the same time, give an in-depth overview of my personal and professional lives.

How did you select this vendor? 

I researched the market for good website designers and zeroed down on Epik Solutions because of their impressive body of work, cost affordability, and easy access. Their follow-ups were swift and efficient. Once I approached them, I couldn't even consider any other options. 

Describe the project in detail.

I approached Epik Solutions to design and develop my website. I had over 15 years of career details in addition to endless materials, testimonials, designs, and ideas to formulate it. The site also needed to link to several other sub-websites. Based on my requirements, they created a seamless experience, which would accurately sum me up, showcase my achievements, and attract prospective clients. 

What was the team composition?

Though the team is big, I enjoyed how attentive everyone was. I communicated with the Ashish (Founer, Epik Solutions) who directed me to Sheetal (Customer Service Rep, Epik Solutions). They then introduced me to Sandeep (Designer, Epik Solutions). There were many others involved, but Sheetal and Ashish remained my point-of-contact for ease.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? 

The project took a lot more time than expected as I added more elements. Despite this, the team never complained. They happily gave me extra time, executing all of the nuances and stumping me with their genius. They’re a passionate, energetic group of professionals who strive to excel, and I’m grateful for my amazing experience with them. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

From the outset, Epik Solutions' team was wonderful. They were very efficient and had the perfect attitude to match. I closely interacted with Sheetal and Sandeep. While Sheetal worked closely with me to translate my needs into requirements, Sandeep executed my vision with utmost finesse. He would take my suggestions and produce a step ahead for the final outcome.  

What did you find most impressive about this company? 

The most impressive trait of the company is its leadership. Ashish is a passionate visionary, and the culture permeates to all his employees. He brings an enormous positive energy to any project. He listened to me attentively to capture my needs and vision then delegated them to the appropriate people. Ashish was also always available to step in and fill in the gaps in case of hiccups. 

Are there any areas for improvement? 

They were extremely receptive to collaborating on my ideas, but, occasionally, this cost them a lot of extra time. Nevertheless, the designers and representatives untiringly worked towards producing the best possible product. They weren’t shy about preparing multiple drafts and prototypes.

Their initial task was to develop a website on multiple online platforms and help us create the online presence we were striving for. They're now responsible for the marketing and maintaining our online platform.  

What was the team composition?

We’ve worked with several of their team members, all of whom have been helpful in every way. We mainly meet with a few individuals each week that are overseeing our current projects. Communicating information to team leaders is easy, and they make requested changes in a matter of days.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now rank on the first page for several critical keywords and have seen significant growth thanks to Epik Solution's marketing strategies. Many customers are reaching out to me directly from our website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project managers they’ve assigned are great to work with and easy to share ideas with. It’s great to have someone that shares their own input and ideas to help better your company.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away with how professional yet down to earth their team members are. I like how they check in every week for updates and constantly share statistics that detail how we're doing compared to similar companies.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Some tasks take a bit longer to complete than expected, but everything gets done correctly the first time.

I’m the owner and marketing manager of Omni Controls. We partner with well-known brands to distribute test and measurement equipment nationally and worldwide.

We needed to design an e-commerce website and do SEO and Google marketing for it.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to build up our digital presence and use Epik Solution’s understanding of Google marketing to improve online sales.

We started by cleaning up product price discrepancies left over from a previous developer. Then, Epik Solutions did some design work. Currently, they’re doing SEO and digital marketing for the site.

What was the team composition?

We work with two resources. One helps with advertising and marketing and the other handles development and design tasks.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our online sales have increased, and we’re receiving fewer fraudulent orders. We still have a few site modifications to make regarding retired products that need to be removed.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We have calls once a month to review our results and plan future marketing projects.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They truly want to help us get better results. Most firms shift their focus to other customers after a while, but Epik Solutions does the work of three companies.

There’s always room to improve, but I can’t think of anything specific.

We hired Nitesh with Epik to implement some custom CSS additions to our website and to help correct any and all bugs and layout issues.

What were your goals for this project?

My goals were to elevate the current homepage's overall design and fix its current layout issues and responsiveness.

How did you select this vendor?

I selected Nitesh through Upwork and after carefull review of his previous work history and Linked In profile.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They Designed and fixed all front End issues to my homepage as well as added custom CSS design to all my menu bar pages. The challenge was to do it all within a 2 day timeframe. They were able to accomplish this with flying colors and provided support and assistance after the contract was completed. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future as well.

What was the team composition?

The team was composed of one Developer who completed my issues in a timely and extremely responsive manner. Very impressed.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This project was integral for me to complete the development of my clients current website. As a marketer it is extremely difficult for me to hire developers who are timely, responsive, and can understand the vision I had for the site. Nitesh was able to accomplish this for me.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Very impressed with the communication and the Zoom/ screen shares that got straight to the point and down to business.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication and competence to complete any and all future projects I might have. They gave ideas for future projects and additions that can and will make the site better in the long run.
