How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I paid $750 to have a website transferred from Wix to WP. The work was delivered a little late, but that was no big deal.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One, only Sanjiv, directly. I believed him to be the head of the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The representative of the company, whom I believe to be the owner, Sanjiv, was very nice on the phone but after the first go at the new site, and screen sharing with me to see the problem, he agreed with me that it was unusable (the people who did it had mixed two templates and it was unmodifiable from the user end). He promised that he would have it fixed in a couple of weeks. After it was not done, I began trying to reach him as I had previously and could not. He won't answer my calls. He's not returning my money. I'm furious.

They were good at first. abysmal later

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

nothing

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

yes they can refund a client's money when they have utterly failed.
