      They’re very good about meeting deadlines, I’ve never had them miss a deliverable deadline in five years which, for me, is unusual because I used to work with a lot of developers especially when I did TD websites where you would hope that you can hit your launch date. Because I worked with advertisers, you would have problems if that didn't happen. They've never missed a launch date for us in five years, and we've had some pretty large projects. That's why I like working with them. I’ve worked with a lot of developers in the past, and it's hit or miss especially for specialized products like we do. They’re quite good at scoping work and they're always on budget. We've never gone over budget with them nor missed a deadline.

      It’s the fact that they have hit all of our deadlines. We've had some major projects from nonprofits and corporations that have had last second changes to products, and they've been very good at handling the curveball stuff. When you get a last-second change request, it's not really in the deal, but it’s something that someone who is a prominent donor, or for whatever reason, will want at the last second. They're very good at handling crisis management and security issues. We've had very little downtime in five years for our products. To me, that's very impressive because, at the end of the day, I have to deliver a product to the people I work for and the customers, and we've never had a problem doing that.

      Their work was friendly, engaging, and different than deliverables from other vendors. It’s hard to attribute the success of a company solely because of the website we provided for them. However, we hear plenty of positive feedback and were the runner-up for a Webby Award for the best web experience in 2018. As we’ve learned more about them, we’ve developed a unique communication style that involves plenty of texting and email. From the start, though, they provided us with high-quality exploratory processes and delivered work quickly. Because of our enthusiasm for adding new features, we occasionally lose some time in the development process. Within the confines of scoped work, they manage their time and the overall project very smoothly. Ron facilitates our vision for products coming to life. They bring polish, intricacy, and creativity to their work. Their ability to create a concept and bring it to live within an artful web experience. They’re our main designer of experiences for that reason. I’m happy to give a good recommendation. We may have more work than their workflows can reasonably handle. For instance, we may request eight new features for an app, but they may not have the bandwidth for that. They don’t have a massive shop, but they never sacrifice quality.

      Our account representative is fantastic with managing the various projects. Everything has always come in within budget and on time, unless there has been a major delay on our part. I have been extremely pleased that from their end, everything runs on time, and we have a project schedule to which we strictly adhere. The quality of work is great, too. There have been a couple of projects where we were upgrading the Sitecore system; we had to upgrade from Sitecore 6.1 to 6.5. That upgrade was completely flawless. Projects never come in early and under-budget; that never happens. I feel very confident in working with them, and that’s largely why this year we’re jumping into such large projects with them. They have a proven track record with us.

I have had much worse experiences with project managers in the past, and the ability to access their expertise and insight whenever we needed guidance on where to go was a huge benefit to the project. A lot of people have the knowledge and expertise necessary to complete a strict scope of work, but their communication skills make the process of working with them much easier than a lot of other companies.
