I’m the Director of a Health and Safety consultancy based in the agriculture sector.

For what projects/services did your company hire Chirp Technologies, and what were your goals?

We wanted to move away from a paper based system for checking work equipment and reporting accidents - of which were seldom completed on paper. The development of mobile apps would bring the users into using modern technology and would also improve the management of this.

I was recommended Chirp Technologies, and after talking to the CEO, I was more than happy to discuss and then go ahead with the projects.

Communication with Chirp Technologies was first rate. They had no issues with spending time to fully understand what the requirements were and make any recommendations to any foreseeable problems. The apps needed to be user based and generate PDF reports which needed to immediately forward on to a company manager. All specifications and requirements were met in this regard.

I liaised with a project manager throughout, with the development and back end builds taken on by around three engineers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The projects were predominantly for internal company use, but they were released for public download of which they are sourced and downloaded globally.

The communication skills mixed with a casual yet professional manner were a welcomed pace. Chirp Technologies knew when deadlines were specified and kept to them.

Their approachability and ability to accommodate the project requirements were the most impressive about them.

There were small snags, but this is no different to any line of business. Chirp Technologies performance was on point, that we used them to develop four mobile apps for the company.

Vendor selected based on knowledge and experience in understanding LoRaWan technology and commitment attitude.

App was successfully released to the Android play store. App worked as expected. Very responsive IO.

Wanted to develop a new app for a small niche audience. The main idea is to help the user get fit. I, admin, am able to add different fitness programs for different categories of calories. The user will give the details and he will be assigned to the matching fitness program.

They had the capabilities to help design as well as develop and the costs were reasonable.

Within 3 months I was able to launch the app the start sharing it with my beta users.
