It became apparent that Crescat needed to assist us with the whole project. They approached as a new project setting out key deliverables and a project timeline. The project was delivered ahead of schedule with constant communication throughout. We set up a Slack channel (our preferred method) to ensure the Crescat would fit within our workflow. Each stage gate of the process was met from both a deliverables and time perspective.

SEO KPIs (technical and commercial) were all met - every month since April 2021 Paid Search KPIs (commercial) were all exceeded - every month since Sept 2019 Investment - in part, the partnership with Crescat gives the technical resource to increase investment.
