We've worked with Liam for several years, during which he's taken responsibility for the ongoing development of our website and digital marketing. Rather than treating it as a one-off project, he's continually improved the site as our business has evolved. His work has included redesigning and refining the website, improving the user experience, implementing technical and on-page SEO, managing our link-building strategy and helping increase our visibility in Google search results. More recently, he's been advising us on how AI can be integrated into both the website and our wider business, identifying practical ways to improve efficiency, customer experience and future growth. He's also been proactive in recommending new ideas and implementing changes quickly whenever we've needed them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The clearest measurable improvement has been in our online sales. Compared with the same month last year, website revenue increased by approximately 89% and the number of online orders increased by around 71%. Year to date, website revenue is up approximately 27%, with online order volumes up 32%. Total year-to-date business revenue is currently around 2% higher, as the strong growth in online sales has partly offset a reduction in invoice-based revenue. The results show that more of our business is successfully moving online, which has been one of the main aims of the website, SEO and usability work.

Liam has always been very responsive and easy to get hold of. Most of our communication is through WhatsApp, and he usually replies quickly, even when it's just a small question or change. Any improvements or updates we've asked for have been completed promptly, and he's always happy to discuss ideas before implementing them. Rather than just doing what we've asked, he regularly suggests improvements and provides valuable input on how we can continue developing the website, improve our SEO and make better use of AI.

We originally approached Liam to help us improve our SEO and manage our link-building strategy, with the aim of increasing our visibility on Google and generating more business through our website. From the very beginning he took the time to understand our business, our customers and the markets we operate in, rather than applying a generic SEO strategy. As we've continued to work together over the last few years, the relationship has naturally evolved well beyond SEO. Today, Liam is our first point of contact for anything website-related. Whether it's improving the user experience, implementing new features, fixing issues, making changes to product pages or advising on the overall direction of the website, he's the person we turn to first. He's proactive rather than reactive, regularly bringing new ideas to us instead of waiting to be asked, and he's always looking for ways to improve the site and keep it moving forward. More recently, he's also become our trusted adviser for AI development and consultancy.
