Novus has an assigmed AM for our account which manages the different requests and deliverables. She takes care that items are delivered on time. Their team has been very professional and has always been very responsive to our fast-changing needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their very straight forward and professional approach from the very beginning won me over. We continue to be open and direct about our needs and improvements needed. They do not hide behind their 'agreed scope' but actually try to help the business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Novus Digital could have done differently?

They could improve on technical knowledge and resources e.g. IT updates on websites, as well as, Google Analytics experience.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I spoke to a number of potential providers but Novus approach and ethos made the selection very easy.

A full SEO analysis of current position and a details plan initially to cover a six months campaign. Initially fixing linkes and tweaking set-up then moving on to key words and both amending existing and creating new copy. The world of SEO is somewhat of a mystery to me so I was more than a little cautions of engaging an unknown agency to this area of my business.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Alex and Josh headed things up but additional resources were workimng behind the scenes to deliver the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Increase to organic traffic, decrease to bounce rates. Increase to new enquiries from organic web search. From the very outset the approach was open, transparent and non-pushy. The team took time to understand what we do and what we wanted to achieve. They built a plan around these fundamentals and got on with delivering it. The guys set up a ‘before’ report showing traffic, engagements etc and followed up each month with interim ‘after’ reports so I can clearly see the effect of the investment.

Absolutely appropriate. Non pushy, positive and enjoyable. Alex and Josh made time for calls when they were required, supplied just the right amount of communications without overwhelming. Their language has been clear, understandable, and at a level I can handle. At no point did they use super techy terminology designed to baffle and bamboozle!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approach. Open, friendly, flexible whilst being expert in their proposition. I was also concerned that the project might have a significant cost on my teams time, which truly wasn't the case. Alex’s team quickly got under the skin of my business and the sector within it operates.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None whatsoever. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Alex and his team at Novus for any businesses SEO improvement. Its turned an old cynic into a believer!

I'm the owner of a Web Development company in Raunds and I focus on growing the business and delivering great websites to our customers.

We onboarded Novus Digital to help with our internal marketing, to grow the number of organic leads we get through search engines. Our goal was to increase the organic lead volume by 5x over 2 years. Novus have achieved this in 1.5 years, way ahead of the planned schedule.

I knew the owner of Novus Digital via past employments where we worked together for an SEO company. It made sense to pick someone I had past history working with.

The key deliverables for the campaign was to track and improve rankings for 10+ keywords throughout the campaign and deliver higher organic leads.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We're now ranking on the first page for various relevant keywords, the main one being "white label web development" which we are #4 for across the country. Leads have also naturally increased due to this.

The project management style is incredibly informative and the monthly roundup calls / documents are a great read to see how things are coming along.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Novus is their excellent project management style, rather than being reactive like most typical SEO companies, they have proved to be proactive throughout.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be nice to see Alex more times in person rather than Zoom calls / voice calls.
