We have been a client of ChannelDoubler since 2006 when we assigned them to build websites for our 4 hotels in Athens, Greece. They built for us websites with the latest technologies that were available at that time.

We created new websites in 2012 incorporating Wordpress publishing and moved to the latest website design in 2016 with HTML5 and full responsive design for mobile phones and tablets.

I highly recommend ChannelDoubler both for their amazing website design and their excellent support. That's the reason I keep coming back.

We issued an RFP and got several offers from the best web design companies in Athens, Greece. We looked at their work and evaluated their offer and decided to work with ChannelDoubler. It was a wise choice and we have been with them every year since 2006.

We discussed about the overall look and feel our website should have for our luxury Hotel brand. They made several proposals and we chose the one that was closest to our brand. After the initial choice, we worked together and improved in all areas including graphics, navigation, ease of finding information, search engine optimization (SEO).

We had direct cooperation with the principal of the company, Mr. Christos. Amazing person to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to do the extra work to get the best results.

The outcome is our website for our 4 hotels. It fits all the goals we had set and works very well as a presentation tool for our hotels and for driving business to our hotels.

Excellent workflow. All set targets were met, including time and budget targets.

We were impressed with their creativity and keen understanding of our needs. We would state a need and their a very prompt and creative response, many times including things we had never thought about.

We had an previous experience of their work, when they were working on a nationwide project some years before. We asked their view on our plans, and we were surprised with their understanding of our project's critical factors.

Our website was created 20 years ago, and it became outdated. Furthermore, we developed a new product, named Zea Power, in the wholesale homemade biscuit sector, that we needed to promote through the new website and thus gain a market share in the industry.

We happened to see their work on another collaboration they had with a company we knew. We appreciated their design skills and their technical expertise.

After the first meeting with ChannelDoubler, we agreed on the goals of the new website, which were the development of an informational site as well as the presentation of our long history of our company on cheesecake products, and finally, the creation of a landing page with contact form.

The people worked in the vendor's team, were three. A project manager, with whom we had the main cooperation, a developer and a designer working behind the scene.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website and thanks to its landing page, we started a thriving collaboration with a significant and well known retail chain, and also with a great number of smaller retailers in Greece and abroad.

Our main tools of communication were skype and emails. We had an almost every day contact with the project manager, who directed the team. Due to the nice collaboration there were no delays.

Since, it was the first time to work with Wordpress, the project manager in ChannelDoubler, gave us all the necessary instructions of how to take advantage of the site's possibilities, which were easy in use.

At the beginning of the launch of the site, there were some omissions which were soon covered by the team of ChannelDoubler.

They were also responsible to deal with our own content creators (photographers, videographers, architects, and different Managers).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For the first time, everything was fine-tuned and set correctly and measured properly. We were able to set up all campaigns and digital properties and monitor conversions through different channels. This -besides the outcome of the leads- helped us to also see the issues and opportunities in the whole organizational structure of our projects.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Apart from two in-person meetings, all other work was conducted remotely (skype, messenger, and emails). We were stunned by their project management method in all different phases of the different projects and their tasks. We don’t all use project management tools but Channeldoubler had no issue in organizing all tasks with that too in mind.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Extremely knowledgable in their field. That showed up since our first meeting, where they were able to propose multiple solutions for different issues we had. I wished we found them earlier.
