SEO: Full technical audit and remediation, on-page optimisation across our key service pages, a targeted content strategy, and an ongoing link-building campaign aimed at improving domain authority and rankings for high-intent keywords relevant to our IT services.

PPC: End-to-end management of our Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page recommendations, audience targeting, and continuous optimisation to improve quality scores and reduce cost-per-lead.

Email Marketing: Strategy, segmentation, copywriting, and deployment of regular campaigns targeting both prospects and existing clients, including automated nurture sequences and monthly newsletters to keep our brand front of mind.

The results have been impressive. We saw a significant uplift in organic traffic within the first six months, with several of our core service pages reaching page one on Google. Our PPC campaigns delivered a notably improved cost-per-acquisition compared to what we had been managing in-house, and our conversion rate from paid traffic increased meaningfully. On the email side, open and click-through rates improved considerably following list segmentation and improved copywriting, and we directly attributed several client renewals and upsells to the nurture sequences put in place. Overall, the return on our marketing investment has been clear and measurable.

Deliverables were almost always delivered on time, if there would be a delay we were notified in advance of this which stopped any chance of issues. The team were very responsive and they were timely with getting back to us. Absolute were very receptive to our ideas and how we wanted to push the business forward as they adapted their strategies in line with our new direction.

Their main task is search engine optimization. They do all of the work on that front and provide monthly status reports. As part of their link building efforts, they write content for our approval and then send that content to related sites with hopes that they’ll link back to our site.

We typically communicate through email, phone, or Skype video. We also have in-person meetings, at their office or ours, whenever they want to present statistics or convince us to shift strategies in a different direction.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We worked with an agency in the past that lacked transparency and failed to articulate clear goals. Absolute, on the other hand, is always very specific about their strategies, explains their rationale, and helps us understand where our money is going. Even though they’ve had demonstrable success, they’ve never tried to increase their price. That transparency creates trust, and we’ve since handed the previous agency’s project over to Absolute.

Compared with the previous month (which was before they managed the project) the overall volume of goal completions increased by 153.76%, whilst the CPA improved by 50.55%. The average ad position increased from 2.3 to 2.2.

Absolute Digital Media is great to work with. They're proactive and very approachable. We've never needed to create SLAs because they're so responsive and reliable. We usually speak a couple of times a week over email or phone. We use project management tools to manage support hours and project delivery.
