I am the Director of an architecture practice based in London

For what projects/services did your company hire UClimb​​​​​​​, and what were your goals?

We had been using another company for SEO on our website but i didnt feel like we were making much progress. Daniel has managed our website SEO for 15 months now. The goal was to increase our targeted landing page areas and generate more enquiries via teh website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After being recommended to Daniel at uClimb i felt like his detailed approach and early feedback was a match for what i wanted to achieve with my website.

uClimb initially undertook keyword research and a website review to see where improvements could be made and optimise the areas we should target first. He gave me various options to either spread my budget further, or get to where i wanted to go faster.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I mainly worked with Daniel, but more recently i believe he has a larger team who does dome of the SEO improvements on our website, but Daniel is always the person i talk to/email.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I've had to tell Daniel to slow down! We cant keep up with the number of new enquiries. We rank on the first page of Google for keywords i never dreamed we would i.e. "architecture firms in London". We're a small team of 5 and a 4-year young business so to rank 9th on google for this term is ludicrous. In the 15 months we've been working with Daniel we have added 61 keywords to the first page of Google rankings and jumped 1,979 google rankings upwards across all the keywords/phrases that we track.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

I love the dashboard. I can track everything from there and see how my rankings are changing daily. Daniel gives me a monthly update report which is very detailed, and he also outlines the key targets/taks he will be undertaking for the following month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The up to date knowledge, detailed feedback, suggestions for improvements and Daniels speed of response sets him way above anyone else i have used for my marketing consultancy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

nothing.
