We already had a digital presence through our social media channels, but we wanted to improve it with Gigde so we could better reach our target customers. We started with a four-week process to learn about our business. Then, they did a full audit and study of our social media and website traffic. Since then, they have been in charge of our social media schedules, and we work with them every week. 

We take an interactive approach and put together our weekly content calendars based on our company's priorities. We also use a dashboard with them to regularly review, accept, reject, and talk about our social media posts. We've also decided to hire Gigde to help us with the process of merging our websites.

• They are much better than any other agency we've ever worked with. They're very well-organized, and they've helped us save a lot of time and money by making it easier for us to talk to each other through our different routes. Our work with them is usually very smooth and doesn't stop. We trust them to come up with ideas on their own, and they add value by thinking of different ways to talk about online learning and education that aren't the same as everyone else's. Even though we work with a lot of similar agencies, Gigde is our biggest and most important agency because of what they offer.

I will say that it has been really nice to see how much data and analysis they have brought to the table. We really use our knowledge, content management, and hot topics. They really understand our business and what we want to say, and they can put out content quickly and decisively that says a lot with very few words. Aside from that, they take feedback very well, are very flexible, and act quickly on anything that needs to be done.

I don't have much critical feedback because they've overcome their one challenge. Initially, we were off to a slow start because they were not very well aware of our vertical. However, they've adapted to that very well.

The work in detail - I am not able to explain everything they do, but it all started with a schedule to create content on social networks every day, writing articles, creating graphics to publish alongside articles etc. They also did the research necessary for content creation on specific topics.

We had at least 2-3 people working with us every day. One manager and one content creator and 1 designer.

So far we are seeing a lot of new visitors to our website, over 300% each month. And on Linkedin, our product page is now growing both in content and in followers.
