The leadership team was intimately involved during the onboarding process and attended the initial meetings to ensure alignment and role clarity. My VA is outstanding! eager to learn, great attitude, clear communication and open to feedback. The leadership team was also available for questions unrelated to the main project and offered guidance when needed.

Sarena has executed every objective thrown at her, from managing our financial budgets and converting from cash to accrual to putting together excellent intensive utility reports on cost recovery. We’ve given her so much work with little to no prior training from us, yet she has still been incredibly efficient and done an excellent job. For example, one specific task alone would have taken me three months to complete, but she was able to do it in two days.
