Achieving 100% of the initial staffing requirements within 60 days further underscores the service effectiveness.

Sourcefit service management was highly effective, with all key deliverables completed on time or ahead of schedule. They were proactive in communicating progress, quick to address any issues, and consistently responsive to our needs. What impressed me the most about Sourcefit was their ability to combine speed, accuracy, and quality. They consistently delivered solutions quickly while maintaining high standards, and their responsiveness made it feel like they were an extension of our team.

Overall, the experience was very positive, however one area for improvement would be enhancing proactive communication during peak activity periods. Aside from that, the quality of service and responsiveness reamined cosistently strong.

Offshorly has had a long and beneficial relationship with Sourcefit, from our initial founding over 8 years ago until today. Over the years Sourcefit has been an excellent partner in the provision of office space and technical equipment for our staff.

In addition they have provided HR functions for us in Manila, assisting with sourcing of technical staff and related HR functions. This has been an extremely positive relationship and Sourcefit has always been extremely responsive and helpful to our requirements in helping to grow our business.

• Modern office environment in the center of Manila with high quality equipment and robust internet connectivity.

Our requirements were/are not for a single project more the ongoing solutions required for the ongoing growth of the business. We look to Sourcefit to provide resources for a wide variety of staff, essentially any role within the business that can be undertaken remotely.

Seeing the company grow and the local staff being feed up to undertake additional primary roles because the support through Sourcefit was allowing this to occur.

Sourcefit have a great team. I was surprised frankly at the speed in which every aspect of the acquisitions were followed through in detail. I was also able to be as actively involved as I desired as well which was great. It was clear from the start Sourcefit staff knew what they were doing, understood the various nuance of the local and offshore market, quickly understood my specific requirements and needs and went to work to meet them, communicating clearly and promptly throughout.

I think what's incredible is that Sourcefit will be as involved in any aspect or not as I choose. They are willing and comfortable to work along side of me to ensure the specific requirements are met fast and effectively.

My only complaint is that I did not discover this sooner in my working career. The Sourcefit model and service is amazing. We live and operate in a global economy and Sourcefit have embraced that and are meeting the needs of businesses throughout the world as a result.

The team does all manual testing of web and device-based solutions. They assist in AI data tagging requirements as well as assisting in asset creation for testing of fraud detection services. There is also a 24-7 Level one call center recently added.

This is an ongoing project that we do not intend to end. We find SourceFit to be a good partner to provide headcount for these types of services. The are able to source quality candidates for us to choose from and deal with HR needs (both positive and negative) effectively.

In some cases we haven't always been notified of changes before they were enacted. This led to stress and unhappiness of team members. We normally were able to get things rectified quickly, but it's always easier to deal with things when we have advance notice.

Be more proactive and have more initiative to drive process improvement as a managed service provider, to bring more value and a game changer in terms of transformational process in Aspire, especially with AI capabilities.

We have multiple areas we utilize the staff in.  There is Document Management for the filing of medical records and correspondence in patient charts, Intake Verification of Benefits and Prior Authorization for services rendered, and for Accounts Receivable follow up functions to include appeals and reconsiderations.
