We use Hit Rate Solutions twice a week for one hour to more efficiently respond to potential clients and other incoming messages. When a call comes in, the caller leaves a voicemail, and then we forward it to Hit Rate with instructions on how to respond to the caller. Generally, we ask Hit Rate to do a 10-min phone intake or ask them to assist clients with filling out appointment request forms to help us gather information.

This helps reduce the number of calls and time our in-house administrative assistant spends on client support so she can work on other tasks.

The Hit Rate Solutions team is reliable and has reduced the time our in-house administrative assistant spends on phone calls. They respond promptly to every message and leave detailed notes about each phone conversation.

Yes, it is quite necessary.

The volume was about fifty to three hundred calls per day.

To be able to better understand certain marketing operations and be very supportive in that regard. They do a good job.

They help me manage marketing in Asia.

There are annual installments, however, I am not aware of the amount of money they charge in total.

Since they are a non-Western organization they are of great help to us to understand the Eastern market. Our search was oriented to these qualities.

I think they have a highly qualified team and there is not much to say about it.

More or less 40% of what we had before in expenses as far as the management near Asia.
