Agile methodology doesn’t lend itself well to working with a third-party vendor in a different geographical location. Endive’s flexibility in terms of understanding the requirements and incorporating changes as part of the project are both really good. I like their flexibility. We didn’t spend a lot of time writing expensive documentations on how the system specifications should look.
