Endive Software acted as the app development service provider for the project. We wanted a universal presence, so they developed it for three major platforms: web, Android, and iOS.

The app connects property buyers and sellers and tracks users’ target audiences, integrating geolocation and payment gateway features. We went with Swift language for the iOS app and Java for Android.

The team also trained our admin team to run the website smoothly.

We needed a new Magento site which could link everything in one spot. For design, they asked me what kind of look we wanted to achieve. I wanted the same design as the old website, so Endive followed those guidelines.

I was in touch with a single person, but there was a team in the background. We communicated through Skype and email.

We went to Freelancer.com and saw some good reviews for Endive, so we decided to choose them.

I asked them to add objects and fields and do custom programming and automation. They also setup organizing rules and flow triggers within the system. Their work was quite complex, and I was very pleased that they were able to handle our requests. We also hired them to do an additional project for a complete analysis of our Salesforce organization.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Now we can do everything we wanted to do with our lead system. We now have 100% visibility and tracking capability of our leads process and system, which we didn't have before. This has made a tremendous impact. The users also have confidence in the system.

How did Endive perform from a project management standpoint?

I worked with Rishi Gandhi, he was my project manager. We interacted usually every morning on skype and would touch base and see if we had any issues. He would then get his team in place in the room and we'd all go through the pending questions, issues, and topics. I also worked with Jaya. She has been the key to the flawless customer service and following up from the quoting stage all the way through too project delivery.  I can't say enough about how vital she has been throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was very impressed with their turnaround time. We've worked with local companies in the United States that would take months to get something done that Endive can complete within 24 or 48 hours.  I was also impressed with their value and cost-effectiveness. Again, working with companies in the United States, I was paying over $175/hr for a job that Endive can deliver much more cost-effectively and much more efficiently. Their work has been a game changer.

I really can't think of anything. It's really gone quite smoothly so far, just as we’ve expected.
