Fibertide was a complete partner from project inception to completion. They handled project management, cloud architecture, implementation, and testing. 

1. Project 1 was the shutdown of a consumer photo sharing application that had 7.5mm users. We needed to gracefully shutdown by enabling the download of 5 petabytes of images/videos in 3 months to all of those users. The application was then taken offline, backed up, and deleted. 
2. Project 2 was repacking our face recognition, face attributes, liveness, etc. SDKs into a variety of docker containers. Fibertide also performed all performance and accuracy testing. 
3. Project 3 was identifying and implementing a large scale vector search implementation. Ultimately, this was a multi-node Milvus implementation.

I found the project management features of Fibertide to be extraordinary. They acted as another tree in my organization and exercised the same care and attention to detail I would expect of an employee.

They were very flexible both in terms of time/budget, effort and prioritization of tasks. They also collaborated and assisted both Pentech but also a 3rd development company that built a solution using the API that was created by Fibertide.

• Highly skilled employees.
• They have a good structure in their workflow and project management while still being flexible and capable of working with a moving-target project.
