Gauss Algorithmic (GA) delivered a solution for food recognition in a feature of meal tracking in the application we develop. We made specifications on the expected output beforehand in cooperation with GA. They proposed an adequate model, labelled the training data and developed the proof of concept on the limited set of classes, which was then expanded to the full-scale production model.

• Precision of the proposed alternatives to the recognized food ingredients

Given the research character of the project, the timeliness of the delivery was adequate. Labelling of the training data was initially underestimated, but generally, the deadlines were met. Gauss Algorithmic have been very open-minded and flexible. They always consider our suggestions and creatively address our needs.

There was one moment when we did not understand communication from the GA side, but the issue was resolved quickly.
